What is a return policy?

- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items with original packaging and receipt; customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective. Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Items damaged or used beyond normal inspection are not eligible. Contact support at hello@rootedritualsbybow.com to start a return.
